Diagnostics

Psychodiagnosis is the basis of psychotherapy. It serves to precisely analyze the individual life situation and is supported by standardized test procedures. The aim of diagnostics is to clarify the need for treatment and to define individual resources.

We are happy to offer you various options for intelligence and personality diagnostics, which can also be used without follow-up therapeutic work.

After the diagnostic phase has been completed, further therapeutic work can be started if necessary.

Therapy

Therapy generally makes sense when personal or family problems, social life, performance and well-being are severely affected and self-efficacy strategies are no longer effective.

It is very important to us to establish a trusting relationship with our clients. In therapy for adults, we offer individual sessions lasting 50 minutes each.

Double appointments can also be arranged.

Coaching

Coaching is an interactive, person-centered advice and support process that can include professional and private content.

The focus is on the client's professional role and related current concerns.

We offer you an individual consulting process and intensive support to develop and implement your own solutions.

Relaxation

Autogenic training

Autogenic training is a self-relaxation method that works by concentrating on autosuggestive formulas. The aim is to release psychological tension through muscle relaxation and thereby alleviate physical complaints.

Progressive muscle relaxation

Progressive muscle relaxation is a body technique that can be used to recognize and feel tension in the muscles. By focusing on voluntary changes in muscle tension, the client can achieve progressive relaxation throughout the body.

Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)

Dialectical behavioral therapy was developed by Marsha Linehan and is primarily aimed at emotionally unstable people with borderline personality disorder. But people with problems with emotion regulation can also benefit from these techniques.

We support patients with cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness exercises from Zen Buddhism.

Support can be found by learning new skills to deal with high levels of tension, unpleasant emotions and emotional instability.

Couples counseling

Couples counseling offers the opportunity to have a constructive exchange with one another in a protected environment.

Couples should be supported in dealing with current or long-term problems.

The joint work consists of training elements to improve communication, problem solving and stress management in the partnership.

Furthermore, the needs and expectations of the relationship should be defined and mutual understanding should be strengthened.

Our approach here is always appreciative, clarification and solution-oriented.
