Dialectical behavioral therapy was developed by Marsha Linehan and is primarily aimed at emotionally unstable people with borderline personality disorder.

But young people with problems with emotion regulation can also benefit from these techniques.

We support patients with cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness exercises from Zen Buddhism.

Support can be found by learning new skills to deal with high levels of tension, unpleasant emotions and emotional instability.
